From Leeton to Your Snack
Founded by Todd and Belinda in famous Leeton, NSW, Bush Jerky began as a passion project. We love creating jerky for our friends and family, and it was always such a hit that we began. We always sourced using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients.
So we started with some small batches and they were selling out - it's grown into quickly one of Australia's beloved jerky brands. We're committed to supporting Australian agriculture and sourcing products locally.
Our Philosophy
At Bush Jerky, we believe in keeping things simple and authentic. We source our beef from local Australian farmers who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. Our cattle are grass-fed and raised without hormones or antibiotics, ensuring the highest quality meat for our jerky.
We take pride in our small-batch production process, which allows us to maintain strict quality control and consistency. Each piece of jerky is carefully trimmed, marinated, and dried to perfection, resulting in a tender, flavorful snack that captures the essence of the Australian outback.

Despite our growth, we remain committed to our roots. We continue to operate from our production facility in Leeton, where we employ local staff and contribute to the community that supported us from the beginning.

Belinda
